March 2006 - Students ages 6-12 visit our kennel to meet the dogs and watch a sledding demo. Then they went to the local theatre for a private viewing of the movie 8 Below!

February 2005 - "Extreme Sports: Dog Sledding!" Beauty, Miki, Justin, and Diva introduced a school to the sport of dog sledding. During the class, Diva did what she loves most.

November 2003 - Diva passed her test for St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog certification! She visits a local nursing home.

Febuary 2, 2002 - Burt was the Working Chairman of the Chicagoland Alaskan Malamute Club, and he held "Working Saturdays" at least once a month in the cooler months. In the winter, members came out to try their dogs in harness or to run with more experienced dogs.

Frankfort Winter Carnival 2002 (Illinois)- The snow didn't cooperate, but the families enjoyed the dogs and the cart rides!
This is an excellent opportunity to educate the public about our breed.
